Sales Consultant

About the role

We are hiring multiple Sales Consultants for our Lahore office. Candidates with prior experience in an immigration consultancy will be preferred. The role involves handling client inquiries, providing consultation, and converting leads into successful cases. Working hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (on-site at Lahore DHA Phase 8). Compensation: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 base salary (based on experience), plus uncapped commission on successfully closed cases. Commission is performance-based with no upper limit — the more you convert, the more you earn. Role-specific benefits include subsidized food and transport and paid training.

What you'll do

• Handle and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients
• Conduct consultations and assess client requirements
• Provide accurate information about immigration services and processes
• Convert warm leads into successful sales
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
• Update and manage client records in the CRM system
