Petition Writer-Immigration

About the role

We're hiring Petition Writers for our Petition Writing Unit in Lahore. You'll take full ownership of case content — analyzing client profiles, joining client sessions, and drafting the complete petition package: petition letters, proposed endeavors, business/model plans, CVs, cover letters, exhibit lists, and recommendation letters, all to an approval-ready standard. We use a modern, in-house AI-assisted drafting system. You'll direct the AI, not be replaced by it — applying your judgment and editing skill to turn AI-generated drafts into precise, well-evidenced, client-ready legal documents.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, edit, and proofread EB-2 NIW petition documents end-to-end.
• Research each case to build a strong, evidence-backed strategy.
• Join client sessions punctually and document key outcomes.
• Use HOF's AI drafting system to produce approval-ready drafts, reviewing and refining every output.
• Stay current on U.S. immigration law and offer honest, practical solutions when evidence is limited.
• Deliver on schedule and keep systems updated daily.

What we're looking for

• Excellent written English; background in Writing, English, Law, or related field preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills; able to keep pace with evolving U.S. immigration law.
• EB-2 NIW experience preferred, not required — full training provided.
• Comfortable with AI tools, with the judgment to verify and refine their output.
