HOF Global is growing fast, and we’re looking for a result-driven Email Marketing Specialist to run outbound campaigns for the US market.

Role Details:

Onsite, DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Monday to Friday, US working hours
2-3 years in outbound email campaigns (software house background)
Competitive market salary + quarterly performance bonus
Clear path to Lead, then Manager

What you'll do

Plan, launch and optimise outbound campaigns aligned with our ICP.
Run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs and send times.
Manage domain warming and sender reputation.
Monitor bounce rates, deliverability and lead accuracy.
Build sequences in Instantly, Mailchimp and Salesforce.
Report on open, reply, bounce and conversion metrics.

What we're looking for

2-3 years of proven success running email outbound campaigns in a software house, IT services or SaaS
Hands-on A/B testing, domain warming and inbox rotation experience.
Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC and bounce and spam control
Experience with list validation tools and lead accuracy checks.
Working knowledge of Instantly, Mailchimp and Salesforce Email Marketing.
Strong ICP understanding, segmentation and personalisation.
Clear, persuasive written English for cold emails and follow-ups.
Result-driven, go-getter mindset and a fast learner.
Comfortable with CAN-SPAM and GDPR basics.
