Cold Caller

About the role

HOF Global is looking for Cold Callers to reach new prospects by phone, introduce our services, and generate interest across our AI, IT, BPO, packaging, and recruitment divisions. A straightforward sales role for confident communicators who are not afraid to pick up the phone.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists
• Introduce HOF Global services clearly and handle initial objections
• Qualify interest and schedule callbacks or meetings for the sales team
• Log call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions accurately
• Hit daily call volume and activity targets with consistency

What we're looking for

• Clear, confident spoken English
• Resilient and motivated — comfortable hearing "no" and moving on
• No prior experience required — open to all levels with the right attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site in Lahore

Nice to have

• Telesales or cold calling experience
• BPO or call centre background
• US or UK market calling experience
